Report: 400 million adult site accounts hacked, and your password is lousy

For the last time, "123456" is not an okay password, people. The sex and dating site AdultFriendFinder has been hacked for the second time (that we know of), according to the breach notification website LeakedSource, and the world's truly lousy password habits have again been exposed in the process.
